Register a dog

If you would like to put a dog forward to donate blood, please complete the form below to register with us.

If you would like to register your dog as a donor but cannot find a collection venue near you, PLEASE still register your dog as we are planning to hold sessions all over the UK. We need around 30 - 40 dogs to be registered for us to hold a session, so please tell your doggy friends to consider registering as well so we can hold a session in your area in the near future.
