How to access blood products

How to Order

You can order blood products from Monday to Friday 9am to 5.30pm.  Orders can be made by phone, email or fax.

We offer overnight delivery or in an emergency, same day delivery.  For overnight delivery your order must be received before 4pm.

Step by Step Guide to ordering

1. Select the product you need.  Help with selecting the right product

2. Select required delivery option:

Same Day - please call for a quote

Overnight (Mon -  Sat):

• to arrive before 9am
• to arrive between 9am and 10.30am
• to arrive before noon

3. Download order form

4. Complete order form - refer to price list for product codes and costs
