Open Hours and Delivery

Collection from the Pet Blood Bank

Office hours are Mon-Fri 8.30am-5pm and we are happy for our veterinary customers to arrange collection from our Loughborough facility. We are unable to provide a collection service outside of these times as our staff spend their evenings and weekends at blood collection sessions however we do provide a 24 hour 7 day a week service so please contact us if you need help outside of office hours and you will be able to access our emergency service provider.

TNT provides the delivery service for Pet Blood Bank and has a wide range of options for our customers to choose from their company allows complete tracking of all products and total reassurance that our lifesaving products will reach their destination on time.

 

Same Day Delivery from PBB

Blood and components are collected from the PBB within 30-60 minutes of placing a collection request and driven directly to customers anywhere in the UK, for customers over 200 miles away a flight service is also available and can be more cost effective.

Next Day Delivery from PBB

All orders placed before 3pm can be delivered the following day

 

Before 9am £30

Before 10.30am £25

Before 12 noon £15

Before 6pm £10

 

All prices exclude VAT
