Pet Blood Bank summer step challenge

How many steps can you do in a month? Would you like to help save lives by taking part in a summer step challenge? It’s a great way to push yourself to get more active while raising money for Pet Blood Bank! It also means you can support our current fundraising appeal to raise £18,000 to buy a new van for our team.

How it works:

  1. Pick a month or timeframe for your challenge
  2. Set yourself an ambitious (but realistic) steps goal
  3. Create a Just Giving page and ask your friends and family to sponsor your efforts

You could also get your friends and family involved, setting a team target, and then adding everyone’s steps towards it throughout the month. It’s a fantastic way to motivate each other to get out and keep active. It is a challenge your dogs can get involved in too so make sure to share your photos with us on social media.

With all the usual big fundraising events, runs and challenges cancelled this year, this is a wonderful way to support us while keeping safe and sticking to the government guidelines on social distancing. Any money you raise really will be a big help to us right now and will support our work as we continue running our lifesaving service during this time.

Whether it’s 50,000 or 500,000 steps, any effort, big or small, counts.

Thank you so much for your support!
