Thank you to our friends at CSJ who have supported us by raising both awareness and funds across their sponsorship programme over the past two years. To date, over £2,000 has been raised from one-off donations through a range of initiatives from selling punnets of strawberries at the CLA through to stand events, plus handing out leaflets to thousands at working dog events. Thank you CSJ for working so hard to get the PBB name out there.Website
Henry Schein Animal Health started working with Pet Blood Bank UK (PBB) as part of the Henry Schein Cares initiative. PBB’s donors can donate up until their ninth birthday and after this point, they ‘retire’ from lifesaving. They may potentially retire earlier due to health reasons.
PBB’s Donor Recognition Scheme celebrates donors reaching milestones with a small token of appreciation. The latest addition is to recognise dogs who have donated over 15 times and celebrate their retirement.
Henry Schein has kindly donated the products for inclusion in our hampers and continue to support us in a number of ways. We continue to educate veterinary professionals about the importance of blood products and their uses and benefits, and Henry Schein also support us in this area too.Website
