As with any new thing, we are having a few teething problems with our app while we get things up and running and so wanted to answer some of the most common questions we have received so far. We will update this page as we go along with anything else you will need to know.
Initially, please check your junk inbox in case it has ended up in there! If you have registered your dog with us from the end of May 2021 onwards then you still need to be added to the app and will receive a verification email from us soon.
If you have been registered with us before May 2021 and cannot find your email in your inbox or junk folder, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org so we can look into this for you. Thank you.
We are really sorry about this. The number of visits for each dog still needs to be added to the app. We aim to have this updated as soon as possible for everyone. Thank you for your patience.
You can update some details for your dog, like their last vaccination date and donor criteria, but others are locked by us including their donor number, blood type, and number of session visits. If you spot an error on your dog’s profile that you need us to update, please send us a message via the app.
No, we need to do this for you. If you have a dog already registered but they are not showing on your profile, please contact us so we can add them for you. If you are registering a new dog as a donor, please complete our donor registration form for them in the usual way and they will be added to the app as part of this process.
