Due to the current coronavirus outbreak, all orders for overnight delivery must be received by 3pm. 

We operate a same day or next day delivery service for all our products. Urgent orders should be placed by calling us on 01509 232 222. Non-urgent orders can be placed via our online ordering system.

All blood products that have been ordered and dispatched are non-returnable, unless damaged or faulty on arrival. For blood products that you are concerned are damaged, please contact us on 01509 232 222 within 24 hours. We will discuss with you what information we require from you and what to do next.

If a consumable product is found to be faulty or has been damaged in transit, please notify us within 24 hours of receiving your order. The returns form below should be completed and this along with the faulty or damaged goods returned to us for investigation.

All non-blood products ordered in error can be returned within seven days of receipt, subject to the items being unopened, in their original packaging, and in a saleable condition. Please contact us to arrange this prior to returning the goods.
